1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the uaap 88 website located at uaap88.org, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law; (c) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the uaap 88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held in the account.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the uaap 88 Platform. If uaap 88 discovers that a player holds multiple accounts, all such accounts may be suspended, and any winnings, bonuses, or balances associated with those accounts may be voided and forfeited.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your uaap 88 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

uaap 88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. uaap 88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. 5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the uaap 88 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category, including but not limited to live casino, slots, bingo, racing, and sports betting. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

uaap 88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet was placed after the relevant event or game round had concluded; (b) a technical error affected the odds or game outcome; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable game rules; or (d) uaap 88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or any other system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, uaap 88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes. uaap 88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such malfunctions. The principle "pays wrong, voids bet" applies in all cases of manifest error.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface and are subject to change at uaap 88's discretion without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the uaap 88 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities;

This license does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on the Content; (c) use any Content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of uaap 88.

10. Privacy & Data

uaap 88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

uaap 88 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

11. Responsible Gaming

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. uaap 88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Suspension & Termination

uaap 88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority;
• Inactivity of your account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for cause, uaap 88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any real-money balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending verification or withdrawal procedures.

14. Amendments

uaap 88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and uaap 88, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent uaap 88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
